At KSG Jewellery, each piece is meticulously crafted to the highest standards. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items delivered to you.
  • Items must be reported as defective or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Condition for Accepted Returns

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging materials, such as certificates, pouches, and boxes.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations by third parties will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom-designed or engraved jewelry.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to customer handling or improper care.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ksgjewellery.com with your order number and clear photos of the item showing the defect or error.
  • We will review your claim and provide further instructions. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  • If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Return Process

  • Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days using the instructions provided by our team.
  • All shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged items will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will only cover the cost of the item; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • KSG Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
